Half of the 22 townhouses at Carpino Place have now sold, with the 11th lucky homeowner having signed on the dotted line.

After launched to the market at a celebratory sales event in the spring, only 11 of the three-storey homes now remain.

The development comprises three and four-bedroom townhouses, featuring a mixture of private rear gardens, rooftop terraces and patio areas. The homes surround an internal courtyard with parking spaces for each of the properties.

The multi-million-pound scheme, which is available on Help to Buy, follows on from the success of Timekeepers Square - a Georgian-style development located behind Chapel Street, which sold out in just seven months – as well as the 97-home Vimto Gardens project.

Hollie Reynolds, senior residential sales and marketing manager at Carpino Place, said: "We're delighted to have sold half of the homes at Carpino Place. It's not often you find three and four bedroom homes with gardens and parking so close to the city centre, so it's no surprise they’re proving a hit with househunters. We'd encourage anyone that's interested to get in touch soon as they won't be on the market for much longer!"

Construction of Carpino Place is expected to complete in early 2018.
